PapayaGrove-Principles
By Chantal Perrinjaquet, Founder of House Of Coaching FZCO and Beleggio, Dubai
The PapayaGrove-Principles describe how Chantal's clients build ecosystems, not only with their offers but with their human connections, so that future leaders emerge from within the ecosystem rather than from the outside market; they create structures that are independent of external systems. Blue oceans instead of red oceans: creating a market through uniqueness without fear of competitors, and actually learning to work together, to share resources and to reach more results for humanity.
There are two papaya groves: the internal and the external. The external grove is the network of human relationships we build together, like papayas: each one its own authority, strong and successful; but only together can we create fruits and harvests that open up endless further business opportunities (papayas pollinate each other so that growth becomes possible). The internal grove stands for the entrepreneur's offers: one signature offer (one papaya) and further offers that emerge from the clients' needs. The offers pollinate each other, and the client takes the next one independently when they are ready. That is why our offer containers are long-term offers; every client moves inside them at their own pace, following their own Soul path.
Who it is for
Founders building communities and successor pipelines.
What it is not
Not a referral scheme, not an affiliate program. Not a network where participants compete with each other and measure who is the best. No belittling and no mockery. No feeding of fear of competition, rumours, drama or lack of integrity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Answers by Chantal Perrinjaquet, Founder of House Of Coaching FZCO and Beleggio, Dubai. Updated September 2026
Why papayas?
Papayas pollinate each other so that growth becomes possible: each tree is its own authority, but the harvest is created together.
Is this a networking method?
No. It is a way of building an ecosystem of offers and relationships in which future leaders emerge from within.
